What Specification should i take in mba for become a manager of any company?

I want to know what specification should i take for become a manager of most of the companies (i mean any company). Now i am doing bsc visual commubication. Plan to do some bussiness after working for 3-5 years in India or abroad. Thanks in advance

1. To be a manager of any company you don't just walk into a compnay and get this . You have to climb the ladder. One of the things to look at is Leadership training, some organizational development courses would also be helpful
